Exercise
elliptical- first time in forever, stair climber-ug, lifting, walking- all at moderate effort in deference to the vascular MD and his stinking rules.

and a 'STOP' with a smile ;-)
love that smile, love, love, love.

Stats:
1. Sweat Time - 53 minutes
2. Calories Burned- 524
3. Money spent-  yesterday I typed that stressed=shopping,  but I didn't actually BUY anything... just browsed online.  Today was much the same.  stress, look, peruse, compare- go to bed.

My friend Bryan's father, Jim,  is dying from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease

Your mind is completely intact, your muscle fibers progressively weaken and you become unable to move, unable to breathe, resulting in complete paralysis and eventual death.
Pray for their family.  These are the final days.  Home with hospice.  Please Pray.
